Faux Fur Plush Cushion Cover

A long-pile faux fur cushion cover in the 45 x 45cm size that fits almost every insert already in the house. The pile is dense enough to hold its loft rather than matting down after a fortnight on the sofa, and it brings the kind of texture that makes a room read warm in the middle of winter without adding another blanket to the pile.

Available in grey, khaki and beige, all sitting in the neutral range that works against leather, linen and dark timber alike. The knit polyester backing keeps the cover soft on both faces, and the fibres are long enough to catch the light and short enough not to shed across the room. Linden & Oak Co. chose a single well-judged size because 450 x 450mm is the format most cushion inserts are made to.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash if the pile matters to you, then line dry away from direct heat and shake out the fibres while damp to restore the loft. Do not tumble dry hot, bleach or iron. Insert is not included. A pair on a sofa or one on a reading chair does more for a room in winter than most larger purchases.
