1. About these terms

This website is operated by Linden & Oak Co. (ABN 78 210 291 522) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, screen displays vary, and we cannot guarantee that colours you see are exactly accurate.

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations between the item shown and the item received may occur.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, is out of stock, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself constitute acceptance.

6. Stock availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a backorder, or a full refund.

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
